It contains Catnip Essential Oil.

Iowa State University recently did a study and found that

Catnip works better than DEET at repelling mosquitoes!

For natural relief, shake gently,

and spray your hat, head, arms, legs, ankles, even your clothes.

Repeat as often as necessary.

You may have to apply it a little more often than the synthetic, chemical, insecticide repellents, but to me, it's worth it for an all natural product. You decide!
